Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted on our website was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA claim.

Repeat Infringer 

Policy We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
